Application Steps:

2. Fill out application.
3. Complete and transmit to us on our secure server,
     paying by credit card.
4. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include:
    • Your Certificate of Insurance (attached PDF).
    • Your Certificate of Membership in the association (attached PDF).
    • Copy of the Insurance Policy (attached PDF).
    • Link to your personal account page with user name and password        which you can log into any time to print off or e-mail your certificate        and add additional insured. (for $10 ea.)
    • Link to start building your own web site.
