Microblading Insurance

The Hands on Trade Association provides liability insurance to a wide range of independent contractors working in the beauty industry including cosmetologists, estheticians and nail techs.

We provide professional liability (malpractice) and general liability (slip-and-fall) insurance coverage for licensed Microblading professionals (EyeBrows Only) for only $175 per year. *You must be licensed/certified in your state.*

This price includes insurance coverage for cosmetology, esthetics, nails and the other professions we cover. This insurance coverage even travels with you wherever you go to perform your services even if you work from home or at multiple locations.

Insurance Coverage for Microblading (Eyebrows Only)

Hands on Trade CAN provide coverage for:

  • Microblading of the EyeBrows Only, including coverage of Ombre Brows / Powdered Brows.

Hands on Trade CANNOT provide coverage for:

  • Permanent makeup, Tattooing or tattoo removal. See exclusions info below.

Being that microblading is a semi-permanent form of cosmetic tattoo, a practitioner must be licensed in their state to qualify for our microblading liability insurance coverage. While it's only semi-permanent, it does require using needles and pigment, making it more important to secure quality insurance coverage to protect yourself and your business.
